NC23 exists to provide the most talented youth players (U12–U18) with a genuine international platform — a pathway to showcase their talent against top professional academies in Europe and beyond.
Unlike commercial academies focused on volume and training hours, we limit membership and focus on quality. Our goal is not to sell programs — it’s to develop serious players and become a true feeder club for professional football.
In the UAE, NC23 competes at the highest levels of local youth leagues, while internationally, our teams travel to Europe for competitive tours and matches against top-tier academies. Outstanding players are offered trial opportunities with professional clubs.
