At NC23, every player receives individualized attention to support their development and prepare them for assessment by coaches and professional scouts.

Our players gain valuable exposure to European youth football, competing against top academies and earning real opportunities to advance.

before joining NC23, all players must complete a one-week formal trial, ensuring they meet the standards of our highly selective program.

TEAMS

With a deliberately small academy structure and just one team per age group, we focus on quality, not quantity — working exclusively with top-level players in the U12 to U18 categories.

PROFILE /

Veo recordings of matches, trials, and training sessions are used in the development of individual profiles for players.

Additionally, players will be able to create an online profile and take advantage of NC23's social media channels to create visibility.

INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION /

In order for a player to develop properly, parents must be involved in the development process. Lifestyle choices made by young athletes are extremely important. Players require adequate sleep and healthy nutrition.

PROGRESS /

Our coaches will monitor players' development during training sessions, trials, and matches. Players and parents will receive actionable feedback.
