FOUNDERS NC23.

NOVACLAVA23, also known as NC23, is a new football academy in Dubai. Several parent volunteers founded the academy based on their experience in European youth football. The academy does not have a commercial objective. Fees cover the costs of coaches, materials, administration, partnerships and facilities.

Inspired by Europe's top feeder clubs, NC23 is a small, selective academy designed for players with discipline, commitment, and passion. Our goal is to provide every member with an international springboard to compete against professional academies across Europe.

With deep connections to clubs, coaches, and agents, we prepare players for elite European tours, trials, and top-level competition. Our teams play 10-15 high-intensity matches per season and compete in DOFA Division 1 in Dubai.

Training is rigorous, combining technical, positional, and strength conditioning. Sessions include specialized training for goalkeepers, defenders, and forwards to refine skills and elevate performance.

We also boost player visibility through our social media, helping connect talent with scouts and clubs.
