FOUNDERS NC23.

NOVACLAVA 23, also known as NC23, is a new private football academy in Dubai. Several parent volunteers founded the academy based on their experience in European youth football. The academy does not have a commercial objective. Fees cover the costs of coaches, materials, administration, partnerships and facilities.

In the UAE, NC23 provides its players with an unrivalled experience and opportunity

We reflect the structure of successful 'feeder' clubs in countries such as the Netherlands, where we are from. Volunteers also run these clubs, which are small and selective, ensuring that only the most promising players make the team's starting lineup following rigorous trials and training sessions. NC23 players display discipline, commitment, willpower, and passion for the game every day of the week. It is necessary for players to develop a different state of mind in order to reach their full potential.

NC23's single objective is to provide every member with an international springboard and an equal opportunity to compete against their peers at professional academies throughout Europe. Possibly beyond. NC23 helps players on their long, uncertain and challenging journey to win this opportunity to shine.

Our experience as parents of aspiring football players has enabled us to develop an extensive network of like-minded clubs, tour organizers, coaches, and agents throughout Europe. Having such a solid foundation provides NC23 with the ability to fulfil our commitments to both parents and players.

A major focus of our program is preparing teams to participate in professional academy tours in Europe. A number of our best players will also be invited for trials at selected European academies. Our teams play a minimum of ten to fifteen matches at the highest level of youth football in the world. Moreover, teams will have the opportunity to play in Dubai's local DOFA leagues at Division 1 level.

NC23's football training program combines technical and positional training with strength and conditioning exercises. Three times per week, players train with their football coach for one and a half hours each. Small group training sessions are provided specifically for goalkeepers, which are incorporated into the overall team training program. On a weekly basis, a technical coach will train defenders and forwards in smaller groups in order to focus on bespoke drills and exercises.

By using NC23's social media, we will build the online profiles of our players in order to make them more visible to clubs, scouts and coaches.

We look forward to meeting you on the pitch!
