A major objective of the NC23 program is to provide players with an international platform for showcasing their talents. Every NC23 member has a fair opportunity to compete against peers at professional academies throughout Europe. And potentially beyond.

We are very different from the existing commercial academies in Dubai as well as the new ones that are opening. It is not our goal to maximise the number of members or to sell training hours. NC23 is committed to becoming a true feeder club that gives the best players in Dubai, in an age group (U14-U17) where international exposure is crucial, the opportunity to shine and compete at the highest levels in Europe. In Dubai, there is no other football academy that offers such a platform.

As players embark on this long, uncertain, and challenging journey, NC23 is committed to assisting them. 

In Europe, NC23 participates in professional academy tours in which friendly matches are played against top academies. Our most promising players are invited to trials at selected academies. 

In Dubai, NC23 teams will compete in the DOFA league and may participate in regional tournaments.
