NC23 is proud to announce its participation in the Abruzzo World Tournament 2026, one of Italy’s most prestigious international youth football competitions, hosted by Pescara Calcio. Held annually in the scenic region of Abruzzo, the tournament gathers top professional academies from across Italy and Europe —offering an elite stage where the next generation of football stars showcase their talent.

Clubs such as AC Milan, Napoli, AS Roma, and of course Pescara Calcio regularly compete in this highly anticipated event, making it one of the standout fixtures on the youth football calendar. The tournament is known not only for its high-level competition but also for its emphasis on sportsmanship, development, and the international exchange of football culture.

A New Chapter for NC23
For the first time, NC23 will send its teams to compete in the 2026 edition of the Abruzzo World Cup — a significant milestone in our academy’s journey and a strong statement of our ambition to test our players at the highest international levels.

Starting in September 2025, as the new season kicks off, NC23 will begin the process of forming and preparing teams specifically for this tournament. From player selection and tactical preparation to fitness and mental readiness, the journey to Abruzzo will be a season-long project that mirrors the seriousness and structure of professional football.
