At NC23 we take football very seriously but you cannot perform without frequently taking sufficient rest and re-charge.
We believe that the best team building occurs during downtime. No individual player can perform at the demanding standards of modern football without the support and confidence of his team members. After all, football remains a team sport. All for one, and one for all!
Spending time in the gym, doing bespoke strength and conditioning exercises is an important part of building stamina. Resting does not mean doing nothing! Similarly, regular medical check-ups are essential for early detection of lingering injuries. All of the selected trial players were subjected to a thorough medical before they were allowed to train with the pro academy teams.
